Who is this for?

In this course, you will use Outlook’s advanced features to customise and manage your email communications, including using advanced features to organise emails; managing calendar settings and options; managing contact information; scheduling tasks; and managing Outlook backups and data file settings.


To ensure your success on this TWO HALF DAY course, you should have end-user skills with any current version of Windows, including being able to open and close applications, navigate basic file structures, and manage files and folders. Additionally, it will benefit you to have basic Outlook skills.

I believe it was a great course, especially for people who already know a lot about outlook as it is good for refresher training also. You may think you know it all, but there will always be something that will stump you.
The course had an impact as my knowledge of Excel was limited but I can now use it with more confidence.
This training course in my opinion, would be beneficial for people starting out in Customer Services. The course has given me tips on how to further my training, although bespoke this to the company’s needs.

I plan to create my own macros to speed up my projects. Vlookup & Macros had the most impact as I use them on a daily basis.
