This Advanced course takes experienced users of Outlook through more complex email actions and allows delegates to set rules and prioritise what they see in their Inbox. You will want to set Out of Office messages when you are away from your desk, and Archive emails you don’t want to see in your Inbox but don’t want to delete. Learn how to find specific messages with Search and how to use Categories throughout the package. When sharing your calendar or contacts, we can show you how to set up permissions.
