How would you benefit from storing your files,

Businesspeople Busy at Workphotos and videos in the cloud? Would it be useful to be able to access them from other devices than your PC – a tablet or a phone?

I have documents stored in OneDrive (formally known as SkyDrive) so I can get to them anywhere I have an internet connection. Need a document on your phone whilst out of the office? Make sure you load the OneDrive app to your smartphone and you can open and edit your Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote documents wherever you are with a tablet, phone, or on someone else’s PC.

In this short video, I show you where to go to set up your OneDrive account, sign in and how to get organised by creating folders to store your documents. I demonstrate how to upload documents to your OneDrive by creating a Family Photos folder and selecting the images I want to access from the cloud. I show you how to share the folder with colleagues or family and then how to access your OneNote documents (electronic notes you store on your PC) and edit them in the cloud. Finally, I run through how to create a file using Excel Web App, where I create an invoice list, work through simple formula, make it into a table that has filters and how you keep your work synchronised with your devices.
