Sean is extremely knowledgeable about bringing efficiency into the workplace, helping recommend ways of working that cut down repetitive and unnecessary tasks.
Ellie is our Senior Training Co-ordinator keeping in touch with all of our customers and helping organise their courses. Ellie is really interested in making sure our customers have an excellent experience and get the most out of our courses. Ellie is responsible for maintaining quality standards and monitors client satisfaction, helping ensure we keep our 98% Total Satisfaction score. Ellie is also our email wizard, taking care of our communications and making sure our customers are receiving their training communications easily.
Richard is our Business Development Manager, helping our customers to grow their own business and become more efficient with the use of innovative training programs. Richard is an expert in customer relationships, understanding the importance of listening to our customers and creating a training package that fits the bill perfectly!
Keeping an eye on everything in the office is our Office Manager Laura, who majestically keeps everyone in line and organises us, looking after our customers, as well as staff. Laura keeps the books straight and makes sure we invoice all our work correctly.
Tim steps in to assist as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and his keen knowledge of all the Microsoft Office packages will bring solutions to improve you and your colleagues’ ability to use your everyday packages. Patient with both beginners and able to gear up to deliver to expert level delegates, Tim brings professionalism and flair to the Imagine team.
Richard is a great all-rounder, with his expertise in Microsoft Access databases and Microsoft Excel giving you all the help you need to transition to a faster, more efficient user of Microsoft Office. After spending many years as part of the Microsoft Gold Partner team for the West Midlands, Richard is passionate about helping you and showing you how you can work more productively.
Noel is another of our knowledgeable and helpful trainers and his expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project in particular will improve your team’s abilities to use the software you have already paid for.
Alan is our expert who can help with your SharePoint training requirements. Experienced and flexible in his approach, he explains clearly the features and benefits to your company that having an expert on hand to help you introduce this complex software into your company and learn how to configure it yourselves, saving money and keeping your company’s data safe. Alan has considerable expertise in upgrades to Office 365.
Our Business Intelligence expert Grant also covers VBA in both Excel and Word. If your team needs to be able to show insights from your data with outstanding visuals and make dashboards to really illustrate your data, Grant is your man!
Cathy is our latest LinkedIn trainer, with expertise in creating your perfect profile to approach the job market effectively. Cathy’s experience is in people development, career planning and career transition and she facilitates workshops for staff facing redundancy by helping with their personal marketing tools in addition to LinkedIn, including CV, applications, suitability statements and covering emails/letters, as well as preparing for interviews and assessments. Cathy also offers help with defining objectives and actions for the First 100 days in role and beyond and managing change. Suitable for groups of staff at all levels, this session can be run on your own premises or ours.
Kim is a marketing consultant with over 25 years’ experience in traditional and digital marketing and now specialises in blogging, copy-writing and social media. Kim enjoys sharing her expertise and trains professionals and small business owners in improving their business reputation and sales through practical workshops in LinkedIn, Blogging for Business and Social Media (Facebook and Twitter).
