Our SharePoint expert is Sean, who is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with 20 years’ experience delivering training solutions in Microsoft Office in a friendly professional manner. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about bringing efficiency into the workplace, helping recommend ways of working that cut down repetitive and unnecessary tasks.
Andy is our Senior Training Coordinator keeping in touch with all of our customers and helping organise their courses. Andy is really interested in making sure our customers have an excellent experience and get the most out of our courses. Andy is also our SEO wizard, taking care of our website and making sure our customers are finding the Imagine Training website easily.
Kirsty is our Business Development Manager, helping our customers to grow their own business and become more efficient with the use of innovative training methods. Kirsty is an expert in the use of video, understanding the importance of using visuals to get higher engagement in the learning process and proven results. Creative ideas are her strong point, with an eye for design and a flair for consistency.
Keeping an eye on everything in the office is our Office Manager Helen, who majestically keeps everyone in line and organises us, looking after our customers, as well as staff. Helen is responsible for maintaining quality standards and monitors client satisfaction, helping ensure we keep our 98% Total Satisfaction score.
Tim steps in to assist as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and his keen knowledge of all the Microsoft Office packages will bring solutions to improve you and your colleagues’ ability to use your everyday packages. Patient with both beginners and able to gear up to deliver to expert level delegates, Tim brings professionalism and flair to the Imagine team.
Richard is a great all-rounder, with his expertise in Microsoft Access databases and Microsoft Excel giving you all the help you need to transition to a faster, more efficient user of Microsoft Office. After spending many years as part of the Microsoft Gold Partner team for the West Midlands, Richard is keen to assist and show you how you can work more productively.
Kim is a marketing consultant with over 25 years’ experience in traditional and digital marketing and now specialises in blogging, copy-writing and social media. Kim enjoys sharing her expertise and trains professionals and small business owners in improving their business reputation and sales through practical workshops in LinkedIn, Blogging for Business and Social Media (Facebook and Twitter).
